BEIJING, March 20 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Philippine Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano will visit China from March 21 to 25, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Tuesday.
